Maya tutorial: Bubbles in the glass

Active ImageWith the method described bellow you can simulate any bubbles under the water. I did try to keep all scene as simple as i can so even beginners can get good result. All the solution is only one particle emitter scaled to the size of the glass. Than the shape of the particles have been changed to blobby to be able render them with maya software renderer.

Maya Tutorial: Explosion Shatter is a very nice tool in Maya. You can have a lot of fun with cracking the object into pieces and blowing it up.

In this tutorial I will show you how to set up a nice explosion. In this scene an emitter is used to drive shards through particles. These particles are set up into a cloud shape to achieve the blast simulation with additional smoke.
